The product conditions we allow for returns: 


Return shipping costs

No charge when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective. But, when any customer mistakenly buys any product on another color, or brand. That time customers will responsible for the actual cost of shipping for the said item.

We will notify you via mail once we’ve received your return, and let you know it was approved or not. If your return item is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Exchange of Goods:

  1. We are willing to exchange goods if the item you received is not as ordered or damaged beyond shipping.
  2. Please inform us within a maximum of 2 days after you receive the item.
  3. To initiate the exchange process, please contact us via email and attach clear photo evidence of the item that is not as ordered or damaged.
  4. Upon receiving your complaint, we will conduct an investigation within a maximum of 5 working days.
  5. Afterward, we will resend a new product that matches your order and is in good condition.

Refund Policy:

  1. The conditions for a refund are the same as for exchanging goods above.
  2. You are also required to return the item you received to our address.
  3. Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility as the buyer.

Please note that:

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • The refund process will be initiated after we receive the returned item and conduct a check of its condition.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or negligence in care.
